West Property Management requires prior payment for the processing of closing and mortgage documents for individual owners as listed below.
West Property Management will continue to provide free of charge electronic copies of Declarations, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations and other association documents to homeowners and realtors on request provided they are not available on an Association website and are available in electronic format. Please be specific by including the Association name and unit address when sending your request for these items to email@example.com.
If printed copies of any documents are required, we will provide those items at the cost to print based on the size of the document.
All payments for these fees are to be paid directly from the homeowner, mortgagor, realtor, lender or closer to West Property Management prior to issuance of the document and will not be billed through the homeowners association or on the HUD closing statement.
