President's Message

Jeff Westendorf, CMCA serves as President and Community Manager of West Property Management, LLC. He brings over 20 years experience working in accounting, banking, insurance and the not-for-profit sector. Jeff has received extensive training in non-profit Board development and operations working with the Boy Scouts of America. He holds an accounting degree from The University of Iowa and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Drake University.

 

As the first Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in West Des Moines, Iowa I'm proud we offer our clients exceptional customer service focused on building property values and communities.  As a CMCA, my training in meeting management, governance & legal issues, budgets, reserve funds and studies, investments, assessments, financial controls to safeguard your community assets, risk management & insurance, property maintenance, contracting and human resource management along with adherance to strict Standards of Professional Conduct.  We serve as your fiduciary agent serving only your community's short-term and long-term interests.
