Community Manager Jeff Westendorf has been selected as a Top 40 finalist for the National Manager of the Year Award. Jeff says, "I'm humbled by this nomination and being considered for this award. State Senator & Reserve Specialist Meet with Association Leaders

for meeting with leaders from West Property Management's client associations and agreeing to work to improve Iowa legislation in this area. The meeting allowed association leaders to share ideas for improving Iowa state law regarding the development, transition, operation, management and governance of homeowner associations.
